We are a proudly Linden and Parkhurst based restaurant, focused on serving flavourful food, amazing coffee and quality drinks. We strive to provide the best service. We use locally sourced products from our neighbours at the cheese shop to our butcher down the road.

The Fat Zebra take care in preparing our dishes with only the finest ingredients and attention to detail. From our scrumptious breakfasts and craft coffees to our sizzling steaks and fresh salmon, every dish is unique and memorable with that Fat Zebra flare!

    My mushroom and parmesan pasta was delicious, but my partner's beef stew had poor quality meat - very grisly and fatty. The service was a bit overboard - we couldn't have a proper conversation because we kept getting interrupted by someone asking if we were OK. The restaurant wasn't super full but it was quite noisy inside - not sure if we just hit a night with a loud table elsewhere in the restaurant or if the acoustics inside the restaurant are not great. Overall not the worst experience ever but won't be rushing back any time soon.

    I really enjoyed the experience - great food but best of all was excellent service. It’s the kind of place where the staff saw me put a coat on so they brought a heater to me! Thank you!
