    Incredibly bad service, wow. This is our family's favourite birthday spot, my mom goes there every year for her birthday. I booked way in advance this year and asked the manager for her table SEVERAL times and he assured me that it's all sorted.He said that if on the day they table was occupied, he'd make a plan (mind you, we had paid a hefty deposit). On the evening, we got there and there was a couple seated at our table, the waiters said they would not be able to move the couple, so we had to sit inside. The service was very slow, our waiter did not know the menu or drinks available. After supper, i went to the bathroom and asked one of the waiters to bring out a surprise birthday cake with a candle for my mom in ten minutes. 20 minutes later, the waiter came to our table to take everyone's dessert order ( completely spoiling the surprise for my mom). At the end, we wanted to pay (there were only 2 tables in occupied at the time). We tried to call/ wave to the waiters multiple times to get the bill but they ignored us. I eventually called the restaurant (on my cell) from our table to ask for the bill. When she got to our table she was laughing and STILL did not know that she had to bring the bill. It seemed like all of the waiters were slow and confused. This all took place on 27 Nov . We will NEVER go back.

    The food was really good, in particular the roasted mussels (one the shareables menu), it wad the highlight of the meal and a decent portion for two. The poor man's lobster roll was just okay, it was expensive and there were only five prawns - it was not worth the price and flavour was lacking. The hot honey fried chicken burger was good, needed more sauce but was very filling. The service was decent. The magi daiquiri was nice. Views were lovely. Just wish they had a smoking area.
