    The music, although better than 2023, which was too loud, was an improvement, but still a bit intuisive. Something like an accoustic guitar, or playing melodic music, or even light jazz or classical music would be more suitable background music.

    Excellent service, we really enjoyed our time , food was excellent, if it's your birthday inform the chef, they will prepare slice of cake

    This venue has quickly become our family’s favourite Christmas go-to luncheon. The food is fantastic, a variety for all tastes , more than enough and they don’t skimp on the food at all like other buffets. We come back every year and it is always value for money! Till next year!

    The hotel location was perfect, and the atmosphere was perfect. I will, however, not recommend their food. I had booked dinner only, but the food was not nice. The 2/5 is for the presentation, but for the food, I'll give 1/5. Christams are for families, which mostly include kids, and the menu had nothing really appetising for kids. I had to buy an additional sandwitch, where in my booking I had paid for my daughter as well.

    Queues were too long. Main course meat was dry. Gravy was too tomatoes. Veg left a lot to be desired VERY DISAPOINTING LUNCH.

    Went for Christmas lunch. Sadly we were very disappointed. All the meat cuts were dry, too fatty and bland. The line fish was also dry and bland. The starters were very nice and there was a good variety. Dessert was okay.

    First time at Punchinellos . Starters were superb . Mains the plates were cold . The veggies were cold , the rice was cold . Definite expected better . Desserts nice selection . Had to ask for the ice cream .
