    Flies, more flies, bigger flies. You cannot leave all front doors open when it is more than 30 degrees outside and one is overheating inside. Waiter not the best. Had starters while competing with the flies and then asked for the bill. What a disappointment.

    Dear Tanja I'm so sorry that your husband's 50th birthday was spoilt by these plague-proportion critters. It's been all over the news that they are indeed a pest lately in all of Gauteng. Please check out this link from SABC https://youtu.be/Q7Baoaj_PFE?si=V_PsNKNlEeBguffl to be able to better understand what we as restaurateurs have to endure with this weather and all this humidity. We use many different methods to keep the flies at bay on a daily basis, and yet there we have it..... Flies, more flies, bigger flies. Kindly also note that all our aircons were on at 18 degrees in order to keep the restaurant and our guests cool and to create a positive airflow outwards in order to help with the flies. We burn citronella candles, we burn citronella incense as well as coffee grounds, we place bowls of vinegar all around, as well as a whole host of other things to try and help. And yet the problem persists, as per the link above! As for the service you speak of in your review, you made no mention of that to my manager when he attended to you twice during your short visit. If there was something wrong with the food that warranted a 3 and the service that earned a 1, I'd really appreciate it if you could mail me personally at dino@prosopa.co.za to let me know why we did not excel. Just as you were disappointed, so too are we disappointed with your review! As I'm sure you've seen, our reviews overall indicate an outstanding rating. Best wishes Dino

    Stronger products could be used to limit the flies but besides that it was an amazing experience
