Each and every pizza we make is made from our signature slow-proofed dough. This process involves over 48 hours of nurturing in order to prepare the pizza before it is baked in our woodfired ovens at an extremely high temperature. Stretching the dough is a skill mastered by our pizzaiolos who each make more than 4000 pizzas a month.

    Lovely settings and excellent pizza. They forgot about our order and we waited about 1 hour for our pizzas. They only realised of the mess-up when we remarked that the empty tables around us when we arrived were already halfway through their meal. We hinted at a complimentary drink to compensate for the wait but it did not work.

    One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time! As good as Italy! The rooftop ambiance is amazing. 10/10 experience!

    Absolutely incredibly pizza! Great vibe especially if you sit on the top roof section. Love this little spot, love the staff and I fricken love the pizza!!!

    This the absolute best pizza in Cape Town. The starter of fire roasted artichoke was incredible - I don't even like artichokes. The bread that came with it was *chef's kiss*. The pizzas have a light, pillowy, aerated, and chewy crust. And the tiramisu was also top notch. Really one of my favorite meals in Cape Town - am always thinking about it for days after.

    Good food lovely venue, patrons are loud & young and waiters are distracted even when the place is not full - there were only 3 other tables to us.
