    A Rosy Celebration at Pink Valley From blushing pink drinks to waitstaff in charming pink aprons, my birthday celebration at Pink Valley was nothing short of spectacular. We kicked things off with Crimson Clover Club cocktails, alongside refreshing homemade mixers featuring mixed berry cordial and rose tonic. Naturally, the famous Pink Valley Rosé made an appearance, all beautifully presented in top-class stemware by attentive and friendly staff. The 4-course set menu was a feast of creativity and flavour, from the decadence of spinach mozzarella balls served with sweet mustard to the fresh, vibrant heirloom tomato tart. We couldn’t get enough of the sticky pork belly, while the rose harissa butternut with sumac coconut and mint was a revelation. And that’s not even mentioning the incredible desserts and coffee that ended our meal on a perfect note. A massive thank you to the Pink Valley Restaurant team for making the day so special and memorable! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gorgeous dining experience!

    We had 1 of each of the tapas except the butternut. The food was tasty and so were the sauces. We enjoyed the dry Pink Valley wine.
