In the early 1940s, wine farmers in the Perdeberg region grew dissatisfied with the low prices they were getting for their premium quality grapes. Then an astute farmer named Jan Rossouw suggested they begin producing their own wine and Perdeberg Cellar was born! We pressed our first grapes manually in 1942 and while we have come a long way in terms of technology, we are still renowned for our hands-on approach!

    Ons gesin het 'n heerlike tyd gehad .Die kos en wyn was van hoë gehalte en die atmosfees was lekker.Die lekker musiek in die agtergrond asook die staff wat gereeld kom opcheck en baie vriendelik is. Een voorstel is dalk om die speelarea groter te maak wat meer kinders akkomodeer , dalk 'n glyplank en nog twee swaaie.

    We booked when we got their we didn't wait long to be seated and staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely go again.

    Awesome service from Anele. We did a wine tasting and the wines were top notch and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely comeback again

    We both enjoyed our breakfast and possibly one of the best breakfasts I have had (hummus, basil pesto, roasted tomatoes on sourdough). Then we did the bubbly & candy floss wine tasting - absolutely loved this! We will definitely be back!
