Asalaamu’alaykum. We ate at the Long Street Branch for the first time yesterday and prebooked over the phone. When we go there, they told us they dont have our booking because whoever I spoke to on the phone booked it for Century City. They then made a plan to give us seating but the seating was upstairs which was an inconvenience while eating a buffet. According to the advertisement the buffet did not have everything, there was no Leg of Lamb when we got there and this was at 7.30pm. The chef then warmed us some that was dry. Some of the food on the buffet was cold as well. When we finished our main course and wanted dessert we were told they did not make the fruit pavlova and they replaced it with some cheesecake that did not look good at all. The staff was kind of clueless to the Items in the menu and we did not expect this kind of poor service from the Long Street Branch. Sad to say that we wont be returning to the Long Street branch of Nouveau again. Eid Buffet was a 3/10 only thing that had us going was the lamb curry which I would give a 11/10 for.

Nouvea Coffee & Grill Choosing Nouvea Coffee & Grill for our family Eid lunch was the best decision! The restaurant offers an absolutely delectable spread of traditional meals that satisfied every craving. Their variety of curry dishes and different rice options were bursting with flavor, while the roasted vegetables, prawns, garlic mussels, and tube calamari were simply finger-licking good! The crunchy mushrooms and chicken & corn soup were fabulous, packed with comforting warmth and taste. The leg of lamb and fillet steak were incredibly soft and scrumptious, melting in the mouth with every bite. And let’s not forget the base, it was simply divine! The ambiance is very family-oriented, making it the perfect spot for a joyous celebration with loved ones. The salad bar was to die for, offering fresh and delicious choices, and the dessert station was a true indulgence, absolutely yum yum delicious! On top of all this, the value for money was fantastic. A must-try is their variety of beverages, from cold to hot. I highly recommend their mocktails, my personal favorite being the Piña Colada. For hot drinks, the Chai tea, Americano, and coffee latte are absolute winners! The service was impeccable, with helpful and friendly waiters, staff, and management who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. May your establishment continue to grow from strength to strength! Highly recommended. PARKER FAMILY 😍🌻

I was very disappointed with the complete set up of the restaurant. The look and feel of a fish market !! Felt like I was at a feeding scheme. The food was average, the deserts were less than average. The Menu was too limited and the butter chicken wasn’t nice at all. The beef ribs and the soup ok. Salaah facilities was disgusting. The set up of the restaurant floor was really cluttered and we could hardly move to get food every time. When your neighbor gets up he is on top of you and pushing your chair. Will NEVER go back in Ramadaan. Felt like we were sheep
