Named after two streets in New York City, Mulberry & Prince is the brainchild of foodie friends and co-owners, Cornel Mostert and Cynthia Rivera, who met whilst studying at The Culinary Institute of America. The perfect fusion of South African and American, Cynthia grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and Cornel was born and bred in the Mother City. The pair's combined experience stretches to some of the world's top international kitchens including Noma in Copenhagen, Alinea in Chicago and The Modern in New York City. "Everything from the food, to the decor and music thats playing reflects both of our personalities, all coming together in an intriguing space," says Cornel Mostert, co-owner and chef.

    We always love the food and drinks at Mulberry and Prince! The blueberry pancakes were delicious and the eggs were perfect. The coffee and matcha were both amazing. Cassie took great care of us and we would love to be back soon!

    Compliments to the chef, the food is next level amazing, and worth every Rand. Would suggest that you have some items on display for new guests to see what's available especially as the venue is quite enclosed.
