    had a lovely time , food was amazing, service very friendly and efficient with great recommendations. Just a few hiccups to highlight (that didn't really affect the experience but could make it even better ): the manager (who we at least thought was the manager) welcomed us, took us to our table and noticed that it was not stable. He told us he'd fix it right away . We also asked for wine recommendations and he said he'd happily recommend us a few wines to try. Once he left the table, we never saw him again, which was a little disappointing. Our waiter however made it up later when he also noticed the issue with the table, so clearly the manager had not even notified him. also maybe a clearer signage for Uber drivers? we had to wait more than 1 hour with 1 driver cancelling as he couldn't find the place (we could see he was nearby but just going around in circles). So not sure it is a common issue or just us being unlucky on that day.

    We had the most wonderful lunch/afternoon and I would totally recommend it! The food was very nice, fresh and flavourful. Exciting menu and à la carte options and all possible to be combined! The staff was making it a 100% experience! Attentive, friendly and genuinely caring and happy!

    What a discovery! We are absolutely thrilled. You sit in an idyllic setting by a small pond and are served fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere – everything is regional and sustainable. There is a monthly changing menu where you can choose between a few options. Everything is placed casually in the middle of the table so that you can try everything. We have decided to come back to Melfort at the end of our trip and are already looking forward to it! Highly recommended!

    Always such a lovely experience at Melfort. Tas, Nick and the team are wonderfully generous souls, and reflects on the entire dining experience. It was so special to share with family, and we will definitely be back!
