    Wow, wow, wow!!! We had the quince salad (a burst of layers of flavours in your mouth), Karoo lamb (so moist and tender and falling off the bone, charred beans (delish) & smashed potatoes (a herb in these sets them apart - you will want more!). Unexpected and loved palette cleanser to start. Beutuful setting and really excellent service. So so good! Thank you all and God bless you abundantly ❤️

    From start to finish, our visit to Melfort was absolutely fantastic - a truly relaxing and uncomplicated dining experience in a beautiful setting. The moment we arrived, the warm, welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a memorable meal. The food was simply incredible - every dish was bursting with flavour, celebrating seasonal, high-quality ingredients that were thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The sharing-style courses encouraged conversation and made the experience feel engaging and social, without ever feeling rushed. The team’s hospitality was friendly and attentive throughout, which made us feel so well cared for. Overall, it was a joy from start to finish - outstanding food, effortless service, and an ambience that invited us to unwind and savour every moment. We can’t wait to return!

    Such an amazing experience. Staff were super friendly from the time we walked in. We had the hake and rib eye as mains, which we shared. Sides were oyster mushrooms and potatoes. Was not impressed at all by the steak. Was very chewy. The rest of our mains were absolutely 💯 amazing. Thank you for a lovely experience.
