Head Chef Brendan du Preez trained at the innovative CTIA Stellenbosch where he did his City and Guilts diploma in Culinary Arts as well as an advanced diploma. His first experience of exquisite fine dining cuisine was under renowned Chef Martin de Kock, after which he received the opportunity to gain experience at Mariella’s Restaurant. Here he broadened his international horizons and gained valuable knowledge in German cuisine under Chef Mark Hartlief for almost 2 years. His dishes incorporate tastes from East to West while desserts are reminiscent of true French indulgence!
