The tacos were great! Amazing selection of cocktail options and specials on offer! I was skeptical at first based on the waitresses’s recommendation from the menu- but the coconut cherry Margarita flavour was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Like it's sister restaurant it's an expensive take on popular street food. Change your prices and focus on making the food right! We had 2 Cuban sandwiches which had a "consumme" that was pure oil, then we had curly fries which was so thinly grated it came out looking like hasbrowns, and it too was oily, you lay R25 extra for that. Then we have the Po Boy, which is suppose to be on a hero roll, and it was placed on a Gatsby roll with 5 tempura prawns on which is also wrong but we move on top of all this all the food was salty. The drinks in general are way too expensive, this place like it's sister restaurant is esthetics nothing else, at it's core it takes value for money street food and inflates it, which in my view is exploiting

Mamas MargaritaVille responded on Wed 26 Feb 25:
Hi Chad, Firstly thank you for trying both our spaces - that being said - our prices are because of the size of our portions. No where in CT will you receive the amount of food we are putting on a plate. Non debatable. I will address the kitchen with the “oily” curly fries, not like this normally. As for the “consume” it is actually labeled on the menu as a “Birria Sauce” which as we know with Birria includes Birria oil from the fats of the meat - it’s what we use for Birria Tacos. We are not a fancy restaurant serving “consume”. The po’ boy is served on a roll - not a “hero roll” again there is absolutely no false advertising here when it comes to our menu. Thank you for the feedback!
