    The service we received was bad there was no order at all to a point where we were not sure who was our waiter the wait time was long I’m so disappointed judging on how we were looking forward to enjoying ourselves.

    Lots of the food and drinks we want were not available which was disheartening but it the whole experience was wonderful

    The service was pathetic , we had to argue with Njabulo and that hostess to keep our table . The The hostess told us to leave us because our time was up and our table was booked for someone else , her approach was so rude , she didn’t even apologise for that , mind you I booked and paid for my reservation a week ago . They said something about their policy but when I read it , there was no rule that indicates that we have to leave after spending 3 hours at the restaurant. It is the 3rd time I received bad service from the restaurant and it goes unnoticed because management does nothing about it. The waitress do their outmost best but it is the hostess that is always disrespectful and giving me issues about seating arrangements. I always reserve early to avoid problems but whenever I get there they have excuses about my seating arrangement. Im highly disappointed because they always say it is a fine dining restaurant but the service is just so terrible

    I had a wonderful experience at your establishment, the food, service and ambiance was exceptional. Thank you to Norman, our waiter who took good care of us, and the rest of the staff. It truly made my birthday special, I will definitely be coming back soon. I’d rate Maison 1000/10
