    Food not fresh. No one to guide us to table. One waiter assigned to serve 26 pax. Below average. Very disappointing.

    Our waiter was inexperienced for be working for a brand like yours. Luckily we had a very friendly and professional Manager who came to rescue the day with his amazing hospitality.

    Thank you for making my birthday extra special. To accommodate us with last minute changes without any effort. Thank you to our waiter that was phenomenal the entire night. The food was exquisite and I really wished I could give you 5 stars for it all, but have to be fair and maybe point you to check on deserts, that was the only downer to our entire party, but it was removed from the overall bill. that being said even with the desert a total flop, would still come back again and again.

    The options on the menu offered very little variety and the portions were small. The main course is one of the most important dishes on a menu but the 4 options that we had really where not pleasant for the amount of money we paid. The advertising made it seem like this will be an actual event but it turned out to be like just any other day at Life Grand Cafe - only difference is you've already paid for the food youre gonna have.
