The Level Four experience includes an exquisite High Tea every Saturday from 13h30 to 16h30. On weekdays, Afternoon Tea is served from 14h30 to 16h30. Enjoy classic English sandwiches, freshly baked scones, French inspired pastries, and premium loose-leaf tea from TWG.
Our Chef's Table offering serves a decadent 9-course menu from Executive Chef Donaldson Madubela and the Level Four kitchen brigade. This table is situated in the kitchen, and has a view of all the action taking place during service. Chef and our sommelier will be at hand to guide diners through the experience. Paired wine option is also be available.
The refined Perrier-Jouët Champagne Bar offers a uniquely styled signature champagne range. Overlooking the terrace garden, the champagne bar is the perfect meeting spot for pre-dinner drinks and evening sundowners in Johannesburg.
