At Levante Restaurant, we take you on a tantalizing journey through the east of the Mediterranean, where traditional recipes meet modern innovation. Savour the rich aromas of Levantine cuisine characterized by light, cosmopolitan, oriental flavours and shared experiences.
With a focus upon tasty vegetables, pulses and oriental spices such as Ras el hanout, cumin and cardamom, Levantine cuisine is a perfect fit for our times.

The exquisite blend of spices go well with Lynx Wines such as Rosé, Shiraz, Viognier & Blanc de Noir. Our winemaker, Pierre, added his suggested pairings below each dish in this menu. Our Levantine dishes & Lynx wines will transport your senses to a world of culinary bliss!

If you would like to do Tastings, Pairings and just something small to nibble, you are more than welcome to book a table in our Lynx Bodega.

We are open for lunch daily for seatings from 12h00 until 15h30 and dinner Thursdays -Saturdays for seatings from 18h00 until 19h30.

As of 02 March 2024, Levante Restaurant is a cashless restaurant. You can settle via credit card. We do not accept cash.

    Good Oyster and wine tasting experience. Not over the top just right to enjoy and chill. Great views of the Valley and mountains

    Disappointment. We have expected to get a better quality of both food and service. The food was OK but significantly overpriced, they actually forgot to make a dish which was ordered by us. They will also give you a tasting amount of wine for the price of a normal sized glass. Will not go there again.

    Dear Serge, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations and would like to address the points raised in your review. Firstly, we acknowledge the delay in serving one of your dishes. This was our oversight, and as a gesture of goodwill, we removed the item from your bill. It’s disappointing that this was not reflected in your review. Regarding the wine, our standard serving is 150ml per glass. At your request, our staff poured an additional amount, exceeding 300ml in total—the equivalent of two glasses. In line with our policy, this was reflected on the bill as two glasses of wine. Our serving sizes are consistent with standard practices across most wine estates, typically ranging between 150ml and 200ml. When concerns about the bill arose, our restaurant manager offered to involve the owner to address the matter further. However, you chose to leave before this discussion could take place. We were also disappointed to experience a threat of a negative review to avoid payment, as such actions undermine the mutual respect we value between our guests and staff. While we are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment, we regret to inform you that we do not believe a return visit would be suitable under the circumstances.     Underwhelming and not great. Fish cakes had an overwhelming taste of turmeric and couldn’t taste the fish. Marinated lamb tasted of the balsamic glaze and the rest of the dish was bland

However, we’d like to clarify that the marinated lamb is prepared with a honey and soy glaze, which gives it the distinct flavor you described—it’s an intentional part of the dish, as stated on the menu. Additionally, while we draw inspiration from Ottolenghi’s approach to cooking, we focus on East Mediterranean cuisine, incorporating spices like cumin, cardamom, and Ras el Hanout, alongside vegetables, pulses, and other oriental flavors to create our unique dishes.
