Warm and inviting in winter time, bright and airy in the summer months, La Pineta Restaurant is truly a venue for all seasons. From the terrace or lawn you can enjoy stunning views of Table Mountain and the Cape Winelands, while sipping on a crispy white from our extensive wine list. We cater for the entire family and sport an outside play park for the little ones. Treat your whole family to lunch under the pines or spend an entire evening in the welcoming glow of one of our open log fireplaces.

With our seasonal menus and refreshing blend of adventurous and classic dishes, we pride ourselves on being leaders in culinary trends. Using only the freshest local and international ingredients,we bring a twist to classic favourites and offer a variety of new dishes created exclusively for you to try.

We cater for functions to a maximum of 300 guests in restaurant. Our Private Dining Room can be booked for smaller functions (maximum 50 guests).

    I booked the private dining room at La Pineta for my 50th Wedding anniversary celebration 6 months ago. The staff, Jessica in particular, were very friendly and helpful. They also gave advice, while being open to suggestions. The day of the celebration was a great success due to the excellent food and service. We chose Set Menu 3. Great value for money. The waiters, Ronald and Martin were outstanding and efficient. I will recommend this venue and restaurant to anyone that wants to celebrate in the Country Style of the pine trees. it is really a touch of class. Well done Jessica as the event manager of our event. It is highly appreciated.

    Dear La Pineta. Thank you for contribution to the biggest day of our lives. Our wedding reception was hosted at your beautiful venue and we got so much more from your amazing service, assistance, food, venue and just general friendly mindedness than what we anticipated! You have proven to our whole party that bussiness can be approached in a gesture of love too. You have certainly embedded yourself as our favourite restaurant and the Schoemans will allways carry you in our hearts as the place of getting most of the important people in our lives together to celebrate our biggest day!
