Warm and inviting in winter time, bright and airy in the summer months, La Pineta Restaurant is truly a venue for all seasons. From the terrace or lawn you can enjoy stunning views of Table Mountain and the Cape Winelands, while sipping on a crispy white from our extensive wine list. We cater for the entire family and sport an outside play park for the little ones. Treat your whole family to lunch under the pines or spend an entire evening in the welcoming glow of one of our open log fireplaces.

With our seasonal menus and refreshing blend of adventurous and classic dishes, we pride ourselves on being leaders in culinary trends. Using only the freshest local and international ingredients,we bring a twist to classic favourites and offer a variety of new dishes created exclusively for you to try.

We cater for functions to a maximum of 300 guests in restaurant. Our Private Dining Room can be booked for smaller functions (maximum 50 guests).

    Great restaurant in beautiful surroundings. Staff are number one. Could not fault anything. Polite and friendly. And oh my word your food is absolutely amazing and great cocktails too. Just love this place.

    Another outstanding experience at La Pineta! The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional, as always. A special thanks to the wonderful staff for the extra attention and thoughtful treat for my parents on their 49th wedding anniversary—it truly made the occasion even more memorable. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!

    One of the best breakfast restaurants in the Helderberg/Stellenbosch area for value and food quality. Improvements can be made using sharper knives and not toasted chibbata bread .
