    The food was horrible, we have ordered the the R990 seafood plater and it was horrible. The mussels was chwey and hard. The platter portions were small. Both the seafood platter sauce were very bad. The only thing that was nice there it was Sermon fish on that seafood platter and my other friend ordered steak and it was dry and hard. The vibe, the music and the service from the waiter was exceptionally.

    Terrible experience!!! Booking made for valentine’s date… Arrived to find that another, unrelated event had been planned for most of the restaurant - no courtesy call nor mail to inform about this and ask if we wanted to change the booking… Stayed for a while, but left after being refused glasses… seriously, must drink a R400 bottle of wine from a plastic tumbler…?! Won’t ever book nor go there again.

    Hi, I've been to La Parade last year some time and the experience was awesome. Yesterday i had a totally different experience and not in a good way. The waitress was really bad and the food was mediocre. I chose the Lamb Rump and asked the waiter what the chefs recommendation on preparation would be and she lets me know she doesn't know the chef and what he likes. She then tell me that she is African and would prefer it well done. My clients meat was really under cooked and the drinks orders were really bad. There was no coke, coke light and the waiter recommended that they have fanta instead.
