    It is a lot of money to pay R185 for an open sandwich with pulled karoo lamb. Our bill for 2 was R1015, which included a glass of red good wine @R85. Lovely wine estate but it is aimed at overseas tourists who have Dollars and Euros. Be mindful when we had Covid-19 and no tourists - you need to consider the locals that frequent your wine estate

    We had a booking for 3 pm, and arrived a few minutes early, only to be told the kitchen closes at 3 and we need to hurry with our food order. This is not the way to start what should have been a relaxed afternoon. Why take bookings for 3 pm when the kitchen closes at 3?
