Kobus’s menu? It’s all about what’s fresh from the ocean and what inspires him. Expect unique dishes like éclade de moule, gâteau à la broche, and boere-baisse - that famous Mediterranean soup, elevated with West Coast fish. Here, you’ll savour seafood delights you may never have tasted before.
This exciting culinary adventure is brought to you in collaboration with Adi and Cornelia Badenhorst’s Saldanha Wine and Spirit Company. Enjoy their exceptional wines, bubbly, port, and sherry, all served in Adi’s seaside sherry cellar as part of the meal.

APERITIF
starts at 1.30pm. Guests will be seated together at a communal table regardless of the size of their booked party. Kids are welcome. We'll give the little ones a snack when they arrive so they don't drive everyone crazy. They'll sit at kid's tables spread around the long table. They love playing on the beach and running around - but they are under the care of their parents. There will be fires burning and a sea. No special kid's menu, they eat real, delicious food and drink water. Any special dietary food and drinks for them you can bring along in nice looking containers.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All the food is from the ocean. Fish dishes do not contain shellfish, and vice versa.
