The Grill Jichana boasts flame-grilled premium cuts from the best local producers seasoned, infused and flavoured with tastes of the African East Coast spice route.

Dishes are created with flair, flavoured with fragrant cassia, cardamom, turmeric and other heady spices and prepared using the freshest produce. These robustly flavoursome spices complement the grilling of meat, fish and chicken creating the essence of ‘eating good’ or jichana in Swahili slang.

    Fabuluos, warm, inviting and very hospitable staff. The atmosphere is very relaxed with a warm and cosy enviroment. Keep up the good service. Will be back again.

    A wonderful evening! Excellent service from Gugu & Stembiso enhanced the experience. The starters were great. The mains of Roast Duck & Rump were perfectly prepared , absolutely delicious.

    The staff is very professional. The food was great and the ambiance was perfect. We booked at the 11th hour but they made the night so special for my sister’s birthday
