Located at the popular V&A Waterfront, specialising in gourmet burgers and ribs and over 207 handspun ‘wow’ shakes with a further 65 extra toppings that you can add for your enjoyment. Setting out on a quest to create ‘The Best Burger’, we visited the top burger joints in the ‘Burger Capitals of the World’ – Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, and then tapped into the expertise of Belthazar’s Master Butcher, our 27 years’ of experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCP factory, and feedback from hundreds of burger tastings with colleagues, friends and customers. We then created 49 hand crafted burgers.

    General really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and his service was exceptional. Definitely need more space inside but General sorted us out, thank you for an awesome experience

    Despite the construction work and the continuous noise and dust, your service was excellent, food great and the cost I suppose relative to the location. Thank you for accommodating a large group. Not a complaint but a mere observation. Your menu is very large and takes time to decide on what to eat and drink. Otherwise very enjoyable.

    Good food, but waterfront rentals make it very pricey. Milkshakes were as good as elsewhere but R85-R105 each was over the top expensive. Definitely for tourists!

    Gibson's was disappointing unfortunatelyl, food not up to scratch and waiter more interested in big table he was serving.

    What a great experience. The kids loved the milkshakes and the food was fantastic. Of course we had their amazing burgers! The service we received was also top notch! Will definitely go again!! Highly recommend
