Located at the popular V&A Waterfront, specialising in gourmet burgers and ribs and over 207 handspun ‘wow’ shakes with a further 65 extra toppings that you can add for your enjoyment. Setting out on a quest to create ‘The Best Burger’, we visited the top burger joints in the ‘Burger Capitals of the World’ – Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, and then tapped into the expertise of Belthazar’s Master Butcher, our 27 years’ of experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCP factory, and feedback from hundreds of burger tastings with colleagues, friends and customers. We then created 49 hand crafted burgers.

    Had a pizza which was great, however would be nice if you supply garlic/chilli/parmesan instead of charging. Milkshakes and yoghurt shakes were incredible.

    We had Christmas lunch at Gibsons, V&A Waterfront. The chicken, beef burgers, and steak were acceptable, but nothing to write home about. However, the vegan burger was REVOLTING. Why do menu creators frequently ensure that vegetarian and vegan dishes taste horrible? Is it because they assume vegetarians/vegans have no taste buds, that they like bland and tasteless food, or they have no standards? It was an epic waste of R160.00 + service charge for the vegan burger. Not even a starving homeless person would have eaten that garbage. Very disappointing!!!!

    Dear Alida Van Romburgh's We really apologize for any inconvenience caused however as soon as we got feedback from you we tested these vegan burgers and they anything but recolouring but to contary very tasty and we are a bit confused however in good faith we are prepared to issue a voucher for another two burgers, can we ask if you a loyalty card member and if you can send us your loyalty card number so we can issue you with voucher.     Loved the burgers. Fresh, delicious, perfectly made. Good value for money. Not so good: they need to focus on cleaning the restrooms more frequently. It was dirty and not kept clean. Yes, it was busy, but if you have the facility, make sure it's clean all the time. From last night, we could see its been loooong since it's had a cleaning attempt.
