A purpose built live music venue, Flute offers its unique crowd with an intimate food and music experience, à l’africaine. Located in the heart of Rosebank, the Flute Live Band performs on all business operating days from 6pm to late.

Occasionally, visiting bands join us to add more variety to our music repertoire.

DRESS CODE & RESTRICTIONS
Flute Live has a very strict smart casual dress code and an age restriction of 18 years old.

    I had an incredible dining experience at Flute restaurant. The dishes were absolutely delightful and beautifully presented. I enjoyed each bite. The quality of the food and the overall experience were worth every penny. The staff were attentive and friendly. They made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal. The atmosphere was perfect—elegant yet comfortable, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and special occasions. They even have a live music experience that I enjoyed the most.

    We waited for over an hour and a half for our food and when it finally arrived the steak was over cooked , dry and cold .

    Food was great. Drinks were flowing. The service was unmatched, staff was friendly. The live performances? Beautiful, sounds sooo amazing. The Shisha? Very proper.

    Hey, I just want to say that I really had a great time at Flute Rosebank this past weekend. The venue is classy and intimate and is perfect for date nights and exclusive events . The live music was my highlight for the night- the band, the different artists and the song choices were all enjoyable and had everyone singing and dancing. The menu is an african themed one and to be honest I wished there was more to choose from that wasn't african but other than that the food itself was fresh and flavoursome ( I had the oxtail with dumpling ) .I’m not really a cocktail person but I genuinely enjoyed the several cocktails they brought out.Lastly, the service was equally as good. Our food was delayed but I do think it was because the food is freshly prepared, nevertheless the attentiveness of the waiters did make up for it. I would fully recommend trying this resturant out with some friends, family or a loved one.
