    We had booked a table upstairs for lunch. On arrival we were ushered to our table, which disappointedly was next to a roof or air-conditioner water leak. There were drops of water all over around the ice buckets that were placed to collect the dripping water. We objected to sitting at that table and opted to move to another table. Unfortunately when my wife sat down at the 2nd table, she discovered to her horror that the seat was completely wet and her outfit became instantly wet from the wet chair. A funny suggestion was made by one of the female managers for her to take off her pants and wrap herself with a throw-over blanket (not even sure if it was hygienic) so that they could go iron her pants to "dry" them. Obviously we turned this absurd suggestion down. We then moved to a table downstairs, which was better. But then came meal time, my wife's food was too hard. Her complain was met with some justification from the waitress instead of an acknowledgement and apology. Overall we had a lousy evening. I have taken some pictures as evidence.

    My kids had fun. Her 16th year birthday was great. Though they did sing for her. It would have added a nice spice if they sang when they brought her the fireplace with happy birthday message.

    The food was amazing. Loved the place. It was full, so this speaks to how good the place is. It was unfortunate however that they didn't have two of the four virgin cocktails on the menu.
