    Fire Room has always been our families absolute favorite restaurant for as long as it's been open in Monte, however our last dinning experience wasn't the greatest. We booked on Sun for dinner on tue the 17th Dec. We called to say we were delayed but will still be coming. We were seated in the section opp the main dining area and felt it was disorganized and chaotic. It took a long time to place our order and from the drinks, starters, mains to dessert and coffee, it all took a ling time and came at different times. The staff seemed overwhelmed and to be honest I'm not sure that will be our 1st choice for a birthday outing for my birthday in Jan. If I was a 1st time customer, I definitely feel we missed out on the true fire room experience from the blow torches being empty to the waiters no longer showing us the menue on a tablet. I feel very let down.
