This is what you can expect from our modern in-house restaurant COPA. Here we offer a contemporary menu that has been locally sourced and carefully hand-crafted by our executive chef Nigel Stemmet.

COPA restaurant accommodates up to 120 diners with ease. The spacious interior features dazzling décor and ambient lighting setting the tone for a romantic mood and accentuating the tones of cream and copper.

In addition to our à la carte menu, we serve various specials during the week.

Breakfast Monday – Friday: 06h30 – 10h30.
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday: 06h30 – 11h00.
Lunch: 12h00 – 16h00.
Dinner: 18h00 – 22h30.

    Food is overpriced and not worth the value. The fillet was over cooked and dry. Sides excluded from the steaks and was overall an unpleasant dining experience

    During our week at The Pepperclub Hotel we enjoyed having dinner every evening at the Copa Restaurant. The menu is varied och the food is nicely served and delicious. The service is very friendly and attentive. The ambience is low key with chill music.
