    The Ambience: The atmosphere was fantastic—cozy and inviting. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel welcome. One standout feature was the music: a nostalgic playlist of early 2000s R&B, hip-hop, and pop that added a great vibe to the place. The Food: Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. I ordered the Portuguese fillet, which was cooked to the correct medium specification. However, the sauce it was served with was overly salty, making the dish almost inedible. After I brought this up, the manager kindly remade my order, serving the sauce on the side instead, which was appreciated. My partner had a similar experience with her black pepper sauce—it was excessively peppery and overpowering. Even the manager acknowledged the issue and had it redone. The chicken wings were another disappointment, as they tasted reheated, like they’d been sitting in a warmer from the previous day, then coated with sauce and served alongside chips. The Drinks: The saving grace of our visit was the cocktails. They were mixed to perfection—delicious and refreshing. We tried three in total, and the standout was the Jungle King cocktail. It was truly a hit and left a lasting impression. Overall: While the ambience and drinks were excellent, the food left much to be desired. For a first-time visit, it wasn’t entirely impressive, but I might consider giving it another chance in the future, hoping for improvements on the culinary front.
