Cellar Collective is a wine bar with real character — where wine, food, and atmosphere come together in one bold, flavour-packed, slightly rebellious symphony. Located in the heart of Cape Town, it’s home to one of the city’s most exciting South African wine collections, with a special focus on signature in-house labels that have already earned cult status.

Boring, uptight tastings? Not here. At Cellar Collective, wine becomes a conversation, not a lecture. Every Monday, our sommelier opens 15 new wines — ready for guests to taste, discover, debate, and fall in love with. It’s interactive, informal, and full of flavour.

Wednesdays are all about the bubbles — Bottomless Bubbly brings unlimited Méthode Cap Classique, light bites, and a midweek vibe worth dressing up for.

And on weekends, the space comes alive with sound: vinyl sets from local DJs, intimate jazz sessions, and live performances by some of South Africa’s most exciting artists. This is not just a wine bar — it’s a stage.

The food? As intentional as the wine. Think wood-fired pizzas, handmade dumplings, hearty seasonal soups, and generous charcuterie boards stacked with artisanal cheeses and cured meats.

Cellar Collective isn’t just about wine. It’s about people, stories, and the taste of life — uncorked.

    What a disappointment! This is one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had for long time. Many items on the menu were not available. Food was unappetising. Zero ambiance as we were the only patrons in the restaurant.

    What a pleasant surprise and change of menu from the local scene. The three of us enjoyed both the food and the quiet environment. A place for food lovers and wine tasters.

    This was my second visit to Saint Juz. The service and food were superb. The menu is so unique to Cape Town and everything we ate was exceptional. I would highly recommend Saint Juz

    Great little spot with an interesting Siberian and Asian-inspired menu. Got to try many new things and am keen to be back to try the rest of the menu. Excellent wine selection - very impressed!

    A great experience over Christmas, so nice to try a restaurant that has a unique menu bro every other cake town restaurant, we all looking forward to our next dinner party there

    the Siberian food was very good, all other components average. Unfortunately they did not have three items of the menu, even though I asked if they had all before. Service did not check and blamed the kitchen. Also thought the place was quite expensive as plate size were medium, like cabbage rolls(did not have) at R 260 is high
