    Very nice food and a great wine list! Chef Ahmed ist amazing and always ask Sommelier Corne for a nice bottle of wine!

    The food was stunning, the creamy parmigiana prawns is a must and their traditional Beboti is awesome. Chef Ahmed and his team definitely a must when you visit Franschoek. I give Cafe Du Vin in Franschoek a definite 5 star rating.

    Our meal began off well with a nice introduction with the floor manager and our appetiser. We really appreciated the suggestions from your sommelier , who was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, our main course and dessert was nothing special. We were surprised that these were just average for a place like this. Our server during our dinner was totally nonexistent. We never ordered anything from him as we could never find him and he never asked how our meal was and if we needed anything. We definitely won't be rushing back next time we are in town.

    We were sitting at the back, upstairs. The (neighbour's?) Airco was a bit noisy & irritating. Otherwise all perfect. Great Host.
