    The lady that assisted us throughput our function (Constance) was very good, efficient & communicated well, especially since it was a corporate year end function & had specific tabs. The venue hire itself could have been prepared better, there was bare minimal done to the conference centre. There was no way to connect to the speaker system (Audio Jacks available) etc - this was requested beforehand but wasn't provided.

    We had two waiters serving 43 People and other section so our table were messy and remember gratuity is compulsory? When you book is added? They can do better We it used outside toilets since we were senior citizen step to theirs was a Challenge
