    Our booking was cancelled. First of all no one called to let us know. We only found out when we were there. They took us to their other restuarants and only recieved a call an hour later that our booking has been cancelled. Mind you we had already paid our deposit of R800 and used our petrol and time to get there. After we were done no one wanted to assist us to give us acces to the lift to get us to our parking as the other restuarant was upstairs. We asked the manager from Baolboa to give us access to the lift and she refused saying there’s no othet floor upstairs. The security guide ended up helping us and escorting us to the top floor by foot. It’s the second time the restuarant cancelled on us, it’s even worse this time as no one even informed us.
