    We recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, particularly as we’ve had fantastic experiences at other venues from the same company. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect, especially given the premium pricing. Ambience While the atmosphere was okay, it fell short of what the photos online had promised. The pool, which was a key highlight in the images, was completely separate from the dining area, and the mountains, which could have added a spectacular touch, were obscured by sun shields or barriers. This was disappointing and made the setting feel less special. The seating arrangements also seemed disorganized and poorly managed, adding to a sense of chaos. Food The food was, regrettably, quite average, not even a sauce with the steak, which was unexpected given the cost. We’ve experienced exceptional food at other restaurants within this organization, so it was surprising and disappointing that this location did not deliver the same quality. Service The service was another area that needs attention. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to manage the volume of guests effectively. This was most evident when it took over an hour just to get our bill, which dampened the entire experience. The team may benefit from additional support or better coordination to ensure smoother service. Conclusion Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not what we expected, especially considering the excellent experiences we’ve had at other restaurants within this corporation. For the price, one anticipates exceptional service, food, and ambiance, none of which were delivered on this occasion. We hope the management addresses these concerns because this restaurant has potential, but it did not live up to the high standards we associate with the brand.
