by | 5 May 2023

With new restaurants popping up all the time, we’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out. To help you keep up with all the new and noteworthy spots, we’ve highlighted 5 of the must-have restaurant reservations this May.

Cape Town

Club Kloof

Towards the top of Kloof Street, you’ll find this new and vibrant eatery serving up tasty shared plates and aperitivi in their scarlet dining room and sunny terrace. The menu features a selection of small plates, including pizzette topped with all manner of delicious ingredients, interesting salads that hero fresh produce, crispy arancini, fried and stuffed olives, and, of course, a choice desserts including tiramisu and a Campari almond cake with marscapone. Owned by the same duo behind the popular restaurant, Our Local, Chef Shayne Shutte and Michael Carter describe it as an “Italian-ish restaurant and bar”. What’s not to love?
