In keeping with Vivari’s ethos, “freshness, abundance, and health” shine through in every dish. The à la carte lunch menu has a selection of fresh and flavourful tapas, salads, burgers, grilled meat and fish, as well as generous “farm”, “field” and “ocean” sharing platters.
The dinner menu is full of decadent options, but the standout dishes include the velvety shellfish bisque, which the chef prepares with plump prawns, cognac and cream; the umami-packed chicken with fragrant truffle broth, parmesan risotto and king oyster mushrooms; and the indulgent Callebaut chocolate torte, which is served with chocolate ganache and a dollop of vanilla mascarpone to cut through the richness.

If you’re looking to splurge on a truly lavish dinner, you can order the wagyu beef tenderloin. With a premium cut of perfectly marbled fillet, caramelised onion tarte tatin, and a decadent truffle jus, it is the ultimate treat!

For both lunch and dinner, there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, including the signature “Charred Garden” starter starring charred asparagus with honeyed squash, cauliflower and smoky brinjal, and the grilled artichoke and mushroom main course with fennel and chilli pesto. There’s also a selection of dreamy vegan artisanal ice cream flavours for dessert.
